CHARGES

Double room starting from 60€ to 90€ per night - Triple room starting from 80€ to 120€ per night - Quadruple room starting from 100€ to 150€ per night The rate depends on the period of stay. These charges are not applied to public holidays.

The room Paris is inspired by the Ville Lumière, symbol par excellence of romance. Spacious and cozy, It can accomodate till up 4 people and is equipped with a king size double bed, two single beds, private bathroom, courtesy kit, towels and hair dryer. At Livingstone each room is equipped with Wifi and a flat screen Led TV, a kettle with selection of teas, coffees and infusions.

BREAKFAST We serve a rich breakfast buffet each morning, which includes fresh pastries and some local products such us the famous Bread of Matera.

GENERAL INFO: Remembering that the Check-in is allowed every day from 12.00 to 13.30, it is mandatory to communicate in the structure in each case its arrival time, especially if outside the allowed time slot. For children up to 3 years stay is free.

Ogni angolo è curato meravigliosamente e l’ambiente, oltre che confortevole, trasmette positività e armonia. si vede che dietro ad ogni scelta ci sono premura e attenzione. A tre passi dalla piazza principale questo graziosissimo b&b vi stupirà con effetti speciali. Le camere sono molto spaziose, luminose, pulitissime e arredate con un’attenzione dedicata anche al più piccolo dettaglio. Il tema esplicito è il viaggio. Il tema nascosto ma che scoprirete subito dopo il vostro arrivo è l’amore per la propria terra e la voglia di condividere le sue specialità. A vostra disposizione nella stanza troverete l’angolo delle stuzzicherie con qualche prodotto del forno, il famoso pane di Matera e numerose varietà di tè e tisane. Il tavolo della colazione…quello va visto e provato, descriverlo sarebbe davvero riduttivo! Oltre a tutto questo, consigli utili per la visita ai Sassi e dritte interessanti per provare le prelibatezze lucane. Innanzitutto l’accoglienza di Miriam,la proprietaria,che ci ha accolto fin da subito in modo molto amichevole e cordiale facendoci sentire come a casa. Stanza nuovissima,ampia,super pulita e moderna. Miriam appena arrivi ti lascia in stanza un benvenuto composto da focaccia e pane tipico di Matera,in più per ogni sera il bollitore con tazze per fare tisane!! Magnifico!! La colazione è abbondante con varietà di torte,marmellate,brioche calde,biscotti,yogurt, cereali e salato. Per concludere la posizione è ottima, a due passi dai sassi di Matera. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole,sicuramente ci torneremo. 7/1/2018
